If you think that you can’t stop eating cheese burgers, and you can’t stop eating outside, You can do that and still lose weight. You can eat whatever you want, but make sure that you eat them proportionally. Say you want to eat a cheese burger every day. You can do that. You can go out and get yourself a whopper, and you won’t have to worry about gaining weight. If you go home and work out, then you burn off that fat and calories of that burger than you should be ok&lt;br /&gt;   Now I’m saying you better make sure that you work out. That’s the key to eating what you like. I know it’s hard to go cold turkey on some food, so you can cheat sometimes. Because it’s impossible to go on a strict diet, a lot of people will go and do a diet and work out for a week straight feel great, and then on a Friday night they go out and eat a burger with some friends. Then when they get home they get all stressed out and think their diet is over, and they start eating a lot of food, because they think hey I’ll start tomorrow. But if you’ve been dieting and exercising a lot then your body won’t even care about that little cheeseburger in your belly.&lt;br /&gt;   People don’t just make it over night, and they don’t stay strictly on their diet. 80% of the time you will be able to strictly stick with the diet. But 20% of the time they won’t be able to stick to it, and that is fine. You don’t have to drive yourself crazy, just because you slipped up, you won’t have to go crazy if you over eat that one night. As long as you workout and diet, you’ll be fine. Don’t stress it. Well the only right one would have to be the one that works for you. The best one I think would have to be a low calorie, low fat, and regular amounts of protein diet. Try to eat a lot more, but a lot more of low calorie foods, such as veggies! There are certain foods that burn calories, and they fill you up! To many people get confused, because they see that everyone around them is trying some other diet, and they never know which one to pick. I’m going to break down 1 diet at a time ok. Today we’ll talk about the infamous Atkins diet.&lt;br /&gt;   Atkins diet was truly one of the biggest fad diets out there. It came and it swept all of America by storm with it’s promises of losing a lot of weight by cutting out the carbohydrates. Saying that by doing so the body will begin to eat the fat that is left over! Seeing as that is true, but when a body is out of energy it doesn’t eat up the fat, the first thing it goes to to find energy is the protein, you muscles, organs, etc.  So while you were dieting, and eating excess amounts of meat, thinking it was safe, what you were really doing was losing a lot of your muscle mass, and a lot of your hearts mass and other organs.&lt;br /&gt;   You can take the good from Atkins diet, and combine it with all other diets out there, and form a real unique diet that will help you lose your weight. See there are so many diets out there, each one competing for your money, they make something up most of the time, and other times they just take one small part of a healthy diet, and they just focus on that.  I say take the low carb idea, but add that with other foods. Mainly meat, fruits and veggies! Today we are going to work on the mind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   See folks, a lot of the thing with diets and losing weight has a lot to do with the mind. See the mind is a very powerful part of the body! Have you ever seen the Matrix? It’s pretty much close to that, the whole concept if your mind is believes it, than it has to be real! That’s true, a real bad thing about diets is that people don’t believe that it works, and they start to stress out. That is very bad, when you get stressed out you don’t lose weight. See you just need to calm down, relax and know what you are doing is working.&lt;br /&gt;   First of all eat healthily, try to keep it lower than 2000 calories a day, you can go anywhere online and find out how many calories are in a lot of the foods that you eat. Try to eat foods with low or no fat! Eat protein, and carbs. Don’t just cut all of that stuff from your diet.&lt;br /&gt;Don’t try to eat so much meat, you have to eat proportionally, and when you eat carbs, eat proportionally. See that word, that starts with a P? Proportionally. Here is a simple breakdown of exactly what you can eat through out the day&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast:&lt;br /&gt;   Special K low carb cereal. ½ cup, then ½ cup of milk&lt;br /&gt;   Some Orange juice, or any other fruit juice. REAL JUICE! 8 oz.&lt;br /&gt;   Then you can have 2 strips of bacon... try to put that in the oven!&lt;br /&gt;Lunch:&lt;br /&gt;   2 slices of low carb bread.&lt;br /&gt;   4 oz of any deli meats&lt;br /&gt;   Side salad, with no fat dressing.&lt;br /&gt;   1 slice of low fat or fat free cheese&lt;br /&gt;   1 8 oz orange, or any other kind of fruit&lt;br /&gt;Dinner:&lt;br /&gt;   ½ cup of rice&lt;br /&gt;   4 oz of steamed, or oven baked chicken&lt;br /&gt;   1 cup of steamed vegetables, cabbage is always a good CHOICE.&lt;br /&gt;   1 8 oz orange!&lt;br /&gt;             &lt;br /&gt;You see you can have any kind of fruit that you want to have, but the thing is Oranges and anything citric works better. Because the citric and vitamin C helps burn fat. When you eat some vegetables I suggest eating cabbage! See cabbage is a really good veggie, it helps burn Belly fat. It’s a food that cost’s cheap, and it works! I’ve eaten cabbage for dinner every night for the past 2 months, and my lower stomach has shrunk down quite remarkably! You need to believe that your diet is working in order for it to actually work. Use your mind, and control your body! If you are out of shape you are just used to inactivity. But I’m telling you, if you work out for a whole year, that’s only 365 days... NO WAIT... only 150 days. I will guarantee that you will feel really good. 150 days, of working out you will see the difference and you feel much better now! I know it’s very hard to exercise, it’s much easier just sitting down, and being lazy. But listen ... you ready... listen this is going to change your life for ever.... “Just do It”.... That simple... “ Just do it”... You may ask... “ why should I?” .... I say, “WHY NOT?”.&lt;br /&gt;   Just do it, it’s just some words that was put together by some clever ad agencies for Nikes, which used to promote running, basketball for those who were in shape. But how about this, Just do it! You can use it too! You may ask yourself, why should I do it... and why should I listen to you. Well if you are reading this, that means you are extremely desperate and you need some help. Well Just do it. Remember when you feel like you don’t want to, just say...to yourself... just do it!&lt;br /&gt;   Now some great exercises that a person can perform that is extremely easy would have to be walking. Now listen to this, just record what you like on TV, but don’t watch it that night. Watch it the next day. When your favorite show is on, or when ever you have time, try to walk for an hour, it could be around your block, you can just walk back and forth, you don’t even need to walk that far, stay close to home! Trust me, once you keep walking every day for 150 days, your mind will change, you will feel healthier, and you will want to exercise even more, and you’ll eat healthier! You can transform your life, all you have to do is “JUST DO IT”... don’t ever say you can’t... I guess since I don’t have a lot of readers, I can always start from the beginning. I’m not a professional Dietician, or a professional trainer with a rock hard bod and a strong core. I’m an average joe, just like everyone else out there. I’m that average guy, you know the one that looks ok, except for being over weight. I’m going to try to reach out to all of you, the other average people. We’ll work on our diets and exercise together... As a team!&lt;br /&gt;One big misconception about dieting, is that people think that they will never ever get to eat the tasty sweets or delicious burgers ever again. The thing is, you can eat those things while you are on a diet. A lot of people make you think that if you stop eating all of that then you will lose weight. Well don’t listen to them, they aren’t going through what you are. Eating is kind of like an addiction, it can’t just be stopped cold turkey...mmmmm (_8( | ) A little bit of the Homer Simpson Drool.&lt;br /&gt; Sorry I digress. The key to success is not and I repeat, not to just stop eating, eat! That’s the key to success. Now the important thing is what you eat. Now a well balanced meal is always good. But what is a well balanced meal? Well a well balanced meal Is 3 meals a day. Breakfast, some cereal fat free milk, a cup of orange juice, and some GREEN TEA instead of coffee. It’s proven that a cup of Green tea can burn up to 78 calories.  That is a filling breakfast right there. Then when snack time rolls around you can have a fruit, a small apple is always good, keeps your teeth nice and healthy and your body. Now lunch, you can have a tasty salad, with some low fat dressing, or you can have a sandwich, and a fruit. As long as you proportion yourself you will be fine.&lt;br /&gt;I’ll go into more details on diets later on in the future, but right now it’s just an introduction. See I’m working hard... well actually hardly working on losing weight, the pounds just shed right off, and I’ll tell you exactly how to do it! Eat right and exercise! Also just call it a life style change! Honestly I think the biggest factor in weight loss is the people that are around you! People that motivate you, people that want to help you! You see it's very common that in a family or a group of friends you'd be the only overweight person, so you'd be going through all of this hardship alone! They don't understand what is going on with you, because they have their own little "skinny People" problem!&lt;br /&gt;      You, just like I do, we need the support of people who are actually in the same situation. We need help from people who feel the same exact way as us, who fall under the same temptations and traps! We need the motivation, not from some skinny muscular peppy workout video salesman! We need some one who is in our situation... make his own video... and workout with us everyday. So we can see his significant weight loss, and everyone can be motivated. Because it would be like a tv show, we'd all be losing weight together!&lt;br /&gt;       Granted the food companies won't enjoy the fact that we are going to become healthy, because they would be losing so much money. But guess what... you'd be saving a lot of money! Imagine it, next time you go to the grocery store, calculate how much you've spent on junk food! then multiply that with the amount of times a week you buy junk food, then the whole month, and the whole year! Guess what that's a pretty penny that you've spent on junk food. I know I've spent a couple of thousands of dollars on junk food in a couple of months!&lt;br /&gt;    So hopefully, those that read this, will find inspiration, or motivation. They'll go with me as I journey and try to get myself into shape. I've been fasting for the past couple of days and I've been working at night, so it makes writing a little tougher! But I'm back baby!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well... today of all days, I was tempted to eat something soooo out there... My friend had an early B-day party, just a few friends... u know a social gathering and this weekend is the real party. So we had a cake earlier today... like a breakfast Birthday!&lt;br /&gt;So do you kno what I did? I ate the cake... and i wasn't worried about it! Do you know why? Because I'm working out, so I burn the calories...&lt;br /&gt;Some of you may say... hey!!!! I say so what? We are all human and we have needs... and we are not perfect. But i'm not saying go out and eat everything. I'm saying leave yourself some room to wiggle...don't confine yourself to a small box, leave some room... for you to make a mistake... but not a big one. To many to count</title><content type='html'>Ok.. Ok... another day for my awesome diet... I almost went off track... but I came back and read what I actually wrote as a reminder... just 2.5 pounds a week... just 2.5 pounds a week that's not a lot to lose... it's pretty easy... and not to stressfull... Today I was out side all day... I went out bowling with my friends... played for about a couple of hours... Man... bowling is great excercise... but... the snacking... horrible... They were eating cheese fries... and non diet soda... Come on! I was being so careful... So I just got a diet soda... and just kept bowling... and let everyone else stuff their faces!!! Ok.. ok... i went off my diet... and I had a few fries... but it's ok... the bowling and the fries even out... just as long as I did my excercises when i got home right? Exactly!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now i'm going to go into some detail as to exactly what types of excercise I do... Cause I don't have all these fancy equipment to work out with!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So for the running... that's the hard part... seeing as if you are over weight... you wouldn't be able to run... without hurting your joints... So i say... join a fitness club for 6 months... it may cost you 150 bucks... for half a year... but it's a good investment... or if you have some extra money around.. I suggest buying yourself a precor machine... But if you can't do either of those things... or if you want to save money... then I suggest... Power Walking/Walking... walk until your joints and muscles become stronger...  then u can start to run...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now the workouts...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regular squats... i say... do as many as you can... until it starts to burn... only twice a week though..only twice a week!&lt;br /&gt;Crunches... until ur stomach CRIES!!! no... i'm just kidding... If you want to do crunches you can do it... I suggest... putting a small pillow underneath your back... and don't stress your neck... do it easy and slow... not fast... Slow and Steady will work the muscles to the fullest!&lt;br /&gt;Oh here is a nice little tidbit... a great excercise that you can do at home... for free... Walk up your steps... I heard somewhere that if you walk up a thousand steps... that's alot of steps by the way... and is a great way to work out!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ALSO... one of the best types of work out machines are known as Ellipticals... it is proven that they burn the most calories and work out the entire body! I was actually out of the house... all day at a debate tournament... not in it... judging it... and in the end they gave all the judges a free buffet food... it was at a chinese buffet resturaunt. I knew that certain feeling that was coming over me... the very feeling that I knew would be bad... I needed to Stick with my DIET... My DIET was all I could think of... But how could I stick with MY DIET??!?!?! My DIET... what can I eat? Well first things first... i remember no fatty foods... so I decided to have at it... load up on veggies... and eat protien... and then go home and work my bumm off...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I went off my Diet... and yet I survived... I didn't stray to far away from my DIET...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just wanted to prove the fact that If anyone is on a Diet, just because you get off of your diet... it's ok... it's ok... every person can't be strict all the time...In order to get a diet working right... give yourself some wiggle room... If you know you're going to go off of your diet.. then work it off... or even it out!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;also here's a little motivation for your DIET!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;if you have a goal to end your diet... say in 6 months... you want to lose 60 pounds! That's a really big significant weight loss... Listen here... all you need to do... is lose 2.5 pounds a week... it's very safe lose that much weight... it's not fast and it's not too slow! 2.5 pounds a week equals 10 pounds a month! 120 pounds a year!... that means u need to burn 8750 calories a week... that's 1250 calories a day... Diet will cover most of that... all you need is a good precor machine... an hour on it a day... and your set!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hope that was a good tip for your Diet plan! Man... was that close. I don't know what I'm going to do if fell off again. It's really hard to lose weight fast... and I know alot of you want to lose it right away.&lt;br /&gt;But losing weight really fast in a week isn't the way it's really un healthy... it took you a lot of time to put on the weight... so it's gonna take that same amount of time to lose it all.&lt;br /&gt;So say you put 60 pounds in 6 months... that's 10 pounds a month... about... 2.5 pounds a week... So if you do the math, you can easily lose 2.5 pounds a week in a week you lose 10 pounds... and then in 6 months... you lose that 60 pounds!... that's what I'm trying to accomplish... losing that 60 pounds I gained!&lt;br /&gt;So, all you have to do is burn about... 8750 calories a week... that's really easy...&lt;br /&gt;Drink orange juice... eat fruits... cut out rice... drink green tea... walk for 40 mins every day... and you can accomplish anything... you see I just need 6 months to get these 60 pounds off... I know I can do it... On wednesday's I like to relax... I let all of my muscles heal... and give myself some time... to just relax... with all of the pressures of school and work, it's hard to stay strict... so i like to think of it not as a diet... but as  a lifestyle choice... I want to live longer... and i want to live healthier... but listen to this... Alot of people make a mistake when they go on diets... they think that they can call it a diet... but it's not... when eating healthy it's not called a diet... it's called eating healthy... Diet is defined as being anything any person or thing eats... it's their DIET... but when you want to lose weight... you don't go on a diet... You eat... eat frutis... veggies... and drinks loads of green tea... I drink at least 2 cups a day... the antioxidants in the tea... is soooo good for your body...&lt;br /&gt; Now i have some weird taste buds, so what I'm about to suggest may seem weird... but i like it... I am 6'3 and was 280, and most of that weight was pure muscle... but i let myself go... i thought i was going to get skinnier... and instead I put on the weight... so i'm going to attempt this again, and along the way... i will try to motivate you all, and tell you not to make the same mistakes I made...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today, I jogged lightly for an hour, and lot of you won't be able to, so i recomend walking at first, or if you have the money... sign up for a YMCA, it's a fun place to work out and people don't judge you... I recommend the PRECOR machine, use it for at least an hour to get maximum results. Trust me, I've done it before... I also lift weights, but only to strengthen my muscles in order to hold my weight...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here's what I ate today...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast... a bowl of smart start healthy heart. Great taste, and it's nutrional values are through the roof.... I also had a cup of orange juice, meaning 8 ounces... that helps burn the fat...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for lunch, I had a salad, with some baked marinate chicken... the lettuce helps burn calories...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and for dinner I had a half cup of rice and some cabbage stew mixed with some lime... the cabbage burns the stomach fat and the lime helps burn the calories... after every meal i try to get a fruit, mostly bananas or oranges... banana's help boost up the metabolism, and the oranges help burns the calories... apples work too, it's just that I'm allergic to them!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So i worked out, and i ate right!
