The Cheese burger Diet!


Well let me tell you something, a little secret that not a lot of people know. If you think that you can’t stop eating cheese burgers, and you can’t stop eating outside, You can do that and still lose weight. You can eat whatever you want, but make sure that you eat them proportionally. Say you want to eat a cheese burger every day. You can do that. You can go out and get yourself a whopper, and you won’t have to worry about gaining weight. If you go home and work out, then you burn off that fat and calories of that burger than you should be ok
Now I’m saying you better make sure that you work out. That’s the key to eating what you like. I know it’s hard to go cold turkey on some food, so you can cheat sometimes. Because it’s impossible to go on a strict diet, a lot of people will go and do a diet and work out for a week straight feel great, and then on a Friday night they go out and eat a burger with some friends. Then when they get home they get all stressed out and think their diet is over, and they start eating a lot of food, because they think hey I’ll start tomorrow. But if you’ve been dieting and exercising a lot then your body won’t even care about that little cheeseburger in your belly.
People don’t just make it over night, and they don’t stay strictly on their diet. 80% of the time you will be able to strictly stick with the diet. But 20% of the time they won’t be able to stick to it, and that is fine. You don’t have to drive yourself crazy, just because you slipped up, you won’t have to go crazy if you over eat that one night. As long as you workout and diet, you’ll be fine. Don’t stress it. Remember it didn’t take one day to put on all of that weight, it’s going to take that same amount of time to take it off.

Millions of Diets, what's good for you?


There are so many diets out there, that makes people wonder which one is the right one? Well the only right one would have to be the one that works for you. The best one I think would have to be a low calorie, low fat, and regular amounts of protein diet. Try to eat a lot more, but a lot more of low calorie foods, such as veggies! There are certain foods that burn calories, and they fill you up! To many people get confused, because they see that everyone around them is trying some other diet, and they never know which one to pick. I’m going to break down 1 diet at a time ok. Today we’ll talk about the infamous Atkins diet.
Atkins diet was truly one of the biggest fad diets out there. It came and it swept all of America by storm with it’s promises of losing a lot of weight by cutting out the carbohydrates. Saying that by doing so the body will begin to eat the fat that is left over! Seeing as that is true, but when a body is out of energy it doesn’t eat up the fat, the first thing it goes to to find energy is the protein, you muscles, organs, etc. So while you were dieting, and eating excess amounts of meat, thinking it was safe, what you were really doing was losing a lot of your muscle mass, and a lot of your hearts mass and other organs.
You can take the good from Atkins diet, and combine it with all other diets out there, and form a real unique diet that will help you lose your weight. See there are so many diets out there, each one competing for your money, they make something up most of the time, and other times they just take one small part of a healthy diet, and they just focus on that. I say take the low carb idea, but add that with other foods. Mainly meat, fruits and veggies! A balanced meal is the key!

One Free Tip for losing Weight!

There are so many fads that are out there for diets, that a person can really get lost in the seas of Lies. Now there is only one real way to lose weight and keep it off, and that is if you Want to do it. If you don’t want to lose weight, don’t try, but if you want to lose weight and live a great life, than work hard at it. Remember It didn’t take one day to gain all of that weight, so it’s going to take the same amount of time to lose that weight!
A lot of people don’t know but having a good support system is going to help you lose more weight. If you let those you know, and all of your family members know about your new lifestyle choice, then yes you are going to succeed. Because your family and friends are going to be watching exactly what you are doing, and make sure you don’t slip up. A good support system will watch you, and they will be there for you when you feel like you are going to slip up off the diet!
When those around you are watching out for you, they make sure you succeed. Like your family , when they go grocery shopping, they will make sure that they buy healthier foods. What I’m trying to get here, is that you shouldn’t work at your diet alone, you shouldn’t let yourself go at it in secrecy. If you are secretly dieting, know one else will know, and then you will fail. Having a successful weight loss plan takes a lot of planning, and a lot of hard work. Never buy into the media that says that you will lose weight really fast, but in all honesty, that is not true, and it will never be true! Remember folks, it was very easy to put the food in your mouth, and it’s very hard to exercise and eat right. But remember... “JUST DO IT!”

The Mind Is Very Powerful!


Well folks, today is a brand new day, and a new day for you! Today we are going to work on the mind.

See folks, a lot of the thing with diets and losing weight has a lot to do with the mind. See the mind is a very powerful part of the body! Have you ever seen the Matrix? It’s pretty much close to that, the whole concept if your mind is believes it, than it has to be real! That’s true, a real bad thing about diets is that people don’t believe that it works, and they start to stress out. That is very bad, when you get stressed out you don’t lose weight. See you just need to calm down, relax and know what you are doing is working.
First of all eat healthily, try to keep it lower than 2000 calories a day, you can go anywhere online and find out how many calories are in a lot of the foods that you eat. Try to eat foods with low or no fat! Eat protein, and carbs. Don’t just cut all of that stuff from your diet.
Don’t try to eat so much meat, you have to eat proportionally, and when you eat carbs, eat proportionally. See that word, that starts with a P? Proportionally. Here is a simple breakdown of exactly what you can eat through out the day
Breakfast:
Special K low carb cereal. ½ cup, then ½ cup of milk
Some Orange juice, or any other fruit juice. REAL JUICE! 8 oz.
Then you can have 2 strips of bacon... try to put that in the oven!
Lunch:
2 slices of low carb bread.
4 oz of any deli meats
Side salad, with no fat dressing.
1 slice of low fat or fat free cheese
1 8 oz orange, or any other kind of fruit
Dinner:
½ cup of rice
4 oz of steamed, or oven baked chicken
1 cup of steamed vegetables, cabbage is always a good CHOICE.
1 8 oz orange!

You see you can have any kind of fruit that you want to have, but the thing is Oranges and anything citric works better. Because the citric and vitamin C helps burn fat. When you eat some vegetables I suggest eating cabbage! See cabbage is a really good veggie, it helps burn Belly fat. It’s a food that cost’s cheap, and it works! I’ve eaten cabbage for dinner every night for the past 2 months, and my lower stomach has shrunk down quite remarkably! You need to believe that your diet is working in order for it to actually work. Use your mind, and control your body! REMEMBER “JUST DO IT”!

The Truth!

Hey, I know a lot of you out there, actually have spent small fortunes on diet pills, and stuff like that. I know you've been scammed out of your money in order to find some weight loss miracle. let me tell you are over 40, lazy, and don't want to change your life, than honestly, there is nothing that I can do for you! You don't want to change, and I can't force you. I can't even force you to read, But you could just go for surgery.
But this is for you, those who just want to take the easy way out. honestly, if you worked out for 150 days... and if you ate properly, then you'd be fine! it's getting late, I'll write some more tomorrow!

"JUST DO IT"


All right, right now, we are going to discuss great ways to work out!

Listen, I know that working out just isn’t for everyone. If you are out of shape you are just used to inactivity. But I’m telling you, if you work out for a whole year, that’s only 365 days... NO WAIT... only 150 days. I will guarantee that you will feel really good. 150 days, of working out you will see the difference and you feel much better now! I know it’s very hard to exercise, it’s much easier just sitting down, and being lazy. But listen ... you ready... listen this is going to change your life for ever.... “Just do It”.... That simple... “ Just do it”... You may ask... “ why should I?” .... I say, “WHY NOT?”.
Just do it, it’s just some words that was put together by some clever ad agencies for Nikes, which used to promote running, basketball for those who were in shape. But how about this, Just do it! You can use it too! You may ask yourself, why should I do it... and why should I listen to you. Well if you are reading this, that means you are extremely desperate and you need some help. Well Just do it. Remember when you feel like you don’t want to, just say...to yourself... just do it!
Now some great exercises that a person can perform that is extremely easy would have to be walking. Now listen to this, just record what you like on TV, but don’t watch it that night. Watch it the next day. When your favorite show is on, or when ever you have time, try to walk for an hour, it could be around your block, you can just walk back and forth, you don’t even need to walk that far, stay close to home! Trust me, once you keep walking every day for 150 days, your mind will change, you will feel healthier, and you will want to exercise even more, and you’ll eat healthier! You can transform your life, all you have to do is “JUST DO IT”... don’t ever say you can’t... I’m not asking you for money, I’m not asking for anything in return, I’m just telling you to DO it... just work out and eat healthily!
I Know you’ve spent a small fortune on diet pills, some diet plans, some lipo... personal trainers at fancy gyms, where there are nothing but people with hot bods there. I know you’ve spent small fortunes that could’ve paid for someone to go to college. I can tell you this, that the amount of money that every person has spent on some lies could’ve made sure that all of America could have Universal health care! So why not listen to someone who wants nothing in return. Listen to someone who is exactly like you... working on my first 150 days, and after my first two months, I’m more motivated to just work out and eat right, and guess what folks in one month I feel healthier, stronger, and I want To work out! REMEMBER “JUST DO IT”!

Welcome To a New You!


Well, it’s been a while since I’ve been on here. I guess since I don’t have a lot of readers, I can always start from the beginning. I’m not a professional Dietician, or a professional trainer with a rock hard bod and a strong core. I’m an average joe, just like everyone else out there. I’m that average guy, you know the one that looks ok, except for being over weight. I’m going to try to reach out to all of you, the other average people. We’ll work on our diets and exercise together... As a team!
One big misconception about dieting, is that people think that they will never ever get to eat the tasty sweets or delicious burgers ever again. The thing is, you can eat those things while you are on a diet. A lot of people make you think that if you stop eating all of that then you will lose weight. Well don’t listen to them, they aren’t going through what you are. Eating is kind of like an addiction, it can’t just be stopped cold turkey...mmmmm (_8( | ) A little bit of the Homer Simpson Drool.
Sorry I digress. The key to success is not and I repeat, not to just stop eating, eat! That’s the key to success. Now the important thing is what you eat. Now a well balanced meal is always good. But what is a well balanced meal? Well a well balanced meal Is 3 meals a day. Breakfast, some cereal fat free milk, a cup of orange juice, and some GREEN TEA instead of coffee. It’s proven that a cup of Green tea can burn up to 78 calories. That is a filling breakfast right there. Then when snack time rolls around you can have a fruit, a small apple is always good, keeps your teeth nice and healthy and your body. Now lunch, you can have a tasty salad, with some low fat dressing, or you can have a sandwich, and a fruit. As long as you proportion yourself you will be fine.
I’ll go into more details on diets later on in the future, but right now it’s just an introduction. See I’m working hard... well actually hardly working on losing weight, the pounds just shed right off, and I’ll tell you exactly how to do it! Eat right and exercise! Well until next time!
